Hastings man pleads guilty in bank robbery


A 26-year-old Hastings man pleaded guilty this week to robbing the TCF Bank in Cottage Grove Sept. 25. David Michael Cheney pleaded guilty to one count of bank robbery before Judge Richard Kyle in United States District Court.
