The following are Scott County District Court felony and gross-misdemeanor dispositions. Defendants either pleaded guilty or were found guilty by the court unless otherwise indicated. Daniel William Kroska, 21, Shakopee, false statement on parimutuel race application, a gross-misdemeanor. One year probation, five days in jail, no contact with victim(s), $330 in fines. |
