Surprise! Coleman-Franken recount process proves dull, dry and anticlimactic, but it’s working, so far

That was the marvel today when the State Canvassing Board met to formally authorize a recount in the Senate race between incumbent Norm Coleman and DFL challenger Al Franken. Despite the political posturing, the actual process -- slow, and even boring as it is – seemed to be working.
